Meet the Team
OneLoop Property Management is a property management company that focuses on making property management easy! To us, this means having property owners that are satisfied about their hands-off approach to owning rental properties and tenants that enjoy a stress free rental experience. OneLoop was born after the 3 owners brought their different real estate experiences together in the hopes of building a property management company that is reliable, friendly, and EASY for all involved!
Tyler is a born and raised San Diegan. He lives in East County San Diego with his wife Kiersten, and two children. After graduating from San Diego State in, he immediately began a career in real estate focusing on mortgage financing. He currently owns and operates Forward Mortgage, a local residential mortgage company. In his free time you can catch him coaching little league or sport fishing.
I’m one of the founders of OneLoop Property Management. I started the company because I saw a need for a more personal, hands-on approach to property management. With 21 years of experience in the real estate world, I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t when it comes to keeping both property owners and tenants happy. My team and I focus on keeping things simple, organized, and responsive. Outside of work, I enjoy raising my three boys, and being active outdoors. I am a proud father of five wonderful kids and happily married to my high school sweetheart. My dedication to providing for my family drives me to work hard every day. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, I've honed my skills by working for the family business and building multiple homes. This hands-on experience laid a solid foundation for my true passion: real estate.
For the past 10 years, I've been dedicated to helping hundreds of families buy or sell their homes in beautiful San Diego. As the team leader of a small but dynamic real estate team located in Alpine, CA, I bring a wealth of knowledge, strong communication, expert negotiating skills, and innovative marketing strategies to the table.
My approach is rooted in good morals and values, and I believe in going the extra mile for my clients. Whether it’s rolling up my sleeves to lend a hand or providing expert guidance, I'm here to make your real estate journey smooth and successful.
